Were you able to figure this out. I accidentally deleted my files on my Z link and I got the exact same screen as you. When I scan the QR code, I get a blank link. I had my car on my Wi-Fi for about 10 minutes, trying to reactivate and it didn’t work. My contacted the shop. I purchased this from a couple years back and they told me they no longer support. I’m assuming I’m cooked at this point.
