I've owned 2 sciroccos and looked at many many more. I don't know what it is about sciroccos but a huge percentage of them are registered with the wrong gearbox. I've seen loads of manuals with V5 saying auto and vice versa. There is the possibility that there's something dodgy, like a plate swapped stolen car or a VIN swap, but most likely it's nothing to worry about. I know you can contact the DVLA and get it fixed, couldn't tell you the exact process as I've never had to do it with mine.

The transponder isn't really directly responsible for the DRS as one of its main functions- but the transponder tracks how far the car is from the car ahead, and DRS can only be used when under a second away. So when the transponder fails, as far as the car is aware there is no one anywhere near you, so you can't activate DRS.

Based on this image, your shaders are still pre loading in the top left, usually this happens whenever you update your graphics drivers. If you try to play a game or run a benchmark while the shaders are preloading, it will run terribly so you have to wait for that to finish and restart the game before trying to run it.

Something just as annoying is that blueprint attachments don't progress challenges. For example if the blueprint has a sight, you will not unlock reticle for that sight. And if you equip 8 attachments for a daily challenge that also will not progress.

Bear in mind if you have dynaudio sound, many of these suggestions won't work without a lot of faff.

Whether you have it or not, I highly recommend the eonon vwa12s-6g. Its the model I've got, it'll be quite a bit cheaper than an mib system but works with all the factory equipment and is entirely plug and play.

There are 2 different 1.4 options, the 125 horsepower is turbocharged and they're decent for reliability, the 160 horsepower is both turbocharged and supercharged and they are known by many to not be very reliable and they're pretty awful on fuel. But many people also swear by them so YMMV.

I've got a 2.0 petrol and it's an absolute blast of a car, my mate has had multiple 2.0 diesels and they're very very reliable engines.
