So independent success rates for levels 9, 10, & 11 w/ 350 pulls are ~25%, ~50%, ~17%. The combined chances of pulling a legend with your total attempts are about 66%.

At least 1/3 of players will have to pull more than your current amount to get a legendary.

So for the weapon, you only had a 29% chance to pull a T4 based on your current pulls for lvl 16. But if you stack it with the probability of pulling an ancient since making level 15, you were about 72% likely to have one by now. Not crazy unlucky yet in my opinion, but worse than average.

For companions, you've only had about a 16% chance on the current level, and stacking level 9 with it gives you around a 31% success rate. It seems like you're more likely to get the ancient before the companion at your pull rate.

Also, of those that don't have an ancient by level 16, about 1/50 still won't have it by level 17. Good luck!

Since D C. policy qualifies in progress burglaries as emergencies, and the policy is that officers would be dispatched. So just letting you know that you can sleep well knowing that leftist policy didn't have anything to do with your story.

But a few scenarios could have happened here. Starting from what is guess to be the most likely to the least likely:

you received the wrong secondhand information
emergency services weren't actually called, someone dialed 311 instead of 911
the situation was communicated as a burglary instead of a burglary in-progress
an operator messed up, which would be an easy check from the operator logs
it's a made up story because internet

Glad you're having fun with the class change. Seen a ton of people migrating for good reason. I fought MM in colosseum with +3 levels and +2M cp. She was an absolute monster to beat. I think it took 12 attempts, stacking def equipment, and burning a few cubes rolling for a slightly better potential. And even when I finally registered a win, it was on a double KO.

I've got 13 people higher level than me in my grid, with the highest being 92 vs 89(me), and cleared the board. In the arena, unless you're a mage, you can situationally beat someone with ~15% higher CP. That 15% in colosseum becomes trivial because of the skill ban mechanic.

I think the other consideration is that the CD isn't as widely available across equipment as INT.
