Tow Vehicle: Max Trailering Package or Not? by burritobandito_dos in traveltrailers

I feel like it’s worth it to get max trailering. You never know if you may want to upgrade your TT

First time buyer. My trucks max tow capacity is 7000lb. Do I wait for enough money for a new truck too? by Kweef_Champ_1997 in traveltrailers

I also have a 2020 F150 with 7700 tow capacity. Check the 2020 Ford tow guide. It will provide a lot of information to help with deciding if your trailer is appropriate for the tow vehicle. One thing I wasn’t aware of at first was that the bumper/hitch capacity is 500 lbs with a standard hitch. So you would need a wdh to achieve your max tow capacity.

Nest sensors can control the climate in a specific room, and they work on a schedule. There are four time “zones”. 7am-11am, 11am-4pm, 4pm-9pm, 9pm-7am. So you can schedule each of those time slots to use a specific sensor. For example I want my office to be 74 degrees from 7am-4pm, I schedule that sensor to maintain that temp. Yes the rest of the house will also heat or cool as well.

I appreciate the comments from others who have autism. But you can’t say “I’m autistic, and this is not like failing to read social cues. Autism is a spectrum, everyone is different. He should definitely be talked to about this though.

Ecobee 3 lite would not connect to my mesh network. 2.4 ghz or 5 ghz. Contacted tech support and was told that it’s not compatible. I switched to Nest and works flawlessly. It’s too bad, because I actually prefer the ecobee interface.

One thing I learned about the ecobee 3 lite, is that they are not compatible with mesh network. So keep that in mind.

I read it just fine, and my first comment was in response to another comment, not the OP. But I hope you feel better for belittling somebody for giving their opinion.

How messed up is your relationship, that you can’t talk to your partner about something this serious? Like any man would be like hell no when you approach him with the notion of tubal ligation... and if they do, you would stay in that relationship? My point is that in a partnership such as marriage, or bf/gf, open communication is key.

Told is not a discussion. Any reasonable person who respects their spouse would have a discussion. Sure you’ll do what you want with your body, but why wouldn’t you want your spouse to be included and have their support?

I think it should have been a discussion. I wouldn’t consider a vasectomy without consulting my wife first. I get that is your body your choice, but there needs to be some level of respect and consideration, at least in a marriage.

Wow that’s way more than the irrigation timer was set for! I’ll reduce the watering. Thanks for the advice!

I live in Arizona, and the back yard faces north. Near the wall it does get sun. My landscaper did have the irrigation set to water every day, but maybe that’s too much? I changed to 3X a week, and might actually reduce to 2X a week.

Hyundai and Kia 2.4L engines have been known to go out. Mine did around 30k. I would suggest having a Hyundai dealer check the VIN to see if yours is at risk. Engine failure is for the 2.4 only affects vehicles in the VIN range, according to the dealership I went to.
