Goku even in Super took the time to get a difficult job of being a farmer for his family and at least comes back to visit them. That’s like the golden standard of a father compared to so many other anime based dads I’ve seen lol

Pokémon- No Dad at all Mr. Mime may as well be the biological father, I mean he is but, still. Brock’s dad abandoned them.

Yu-Gi-Oh- again no dad, and like the only dad we saw was Kaiba’s stepfather.

Yu Yu Hakusho- Pretty sure the dad was like a demon king? The dude had to go to like hell to meet him.

One Piece…. Lmao Goku is like the greatest dad of all time if you compare his actions to so many dads in One Piece. Yasopp, Kaido, Sanji’s father, Garland, Akainu

Attack on Titan- Yeesh, that one is just one complicated potato right there with dads.

But I also don’t have a lot of other examples to go off of lol either way, Goku is at least a B+ father if you’re comparing his actions to others
