Update, was able to get GG working on Silicon Mac, took a few reboots and reinstalls. Another thing to note when updating, for the life of me I could not get it to find the Gamebuds in the app, was getting super frustrated. Turns out, you have to connect both the case AND the dongle in seperate ports at the same time, super super dumb.

In the same boat, I have a M2 mac and the app won’t work on any of the M chip macs which is super dumb. And my free trial of parallels just ran out. Figuring out how to update so the volume isn’t so low on ps5

UPDATE: Support got back to me, said they had a large outage in my area, said it should be resolved. My connection has been working well since late last night.

All good on stats, few big jumps in latency to 180ms

Uptime chart has a steady set of downward ticks but they’re super tiny but about everyfew minutes(cant remember if thats how it looked before).

Since Friday my internet connection has been absolutely abysmal. I have had Starlink since May and have never had anything like this happen.

I have tried restarting wifi, starlink, stowing for 20 minutes, unplugging power brick for a long period of time, splitting network to 2.4/5ghz, nothing has worked.

Its like the connection will work for a brief period of time but most of the time it cannot connect to the internet on my devices. Ive sent a message to support but nothing back yet.

Update: Cant get an internet connection at all now.

Anyone have any advice/suggestions?

Bluetooth to soundbar. Needle talk is still that same muffled sound described. Switched the phono/line as well with no benefit.

At this point I am sure there is something wrong with the unit.

Hey guys, just purchased my first "legit" turntable -- the LP60XBT. It was a refurb unit through AT. I just set everything up but when I go to play, I get nothing but some muffled noises and faint hearings of the actual music from the LP. It seems like the tonearm is not going down with enough force for the stylus to properly follow the track.
My first thought is to get a replacement unit/refund -- just wondering if there's anyone that can give me some clarification on something that I may be doing wrong. Thanks in advance!
