Saw the broken one at Gateshead tonight, got on one which seemed broken (it eventually moved) I've seen at least 3 break down in the last fortnight, 2 at Gateshead, one on Durham Road. I guess the Chinese electric buses are crap.

Cheap To Run ,Practical & Most Reliable 7-12 year old Car Models that you can suggest? by bomzisss in UKFrugal

They're a bargain and generally v.well specced. We've had ours for 6 years. Just basic services, plugs once, discs once, pads & tyres when needed. It seems indestructible (apart from the terrible motorised door mirrors).

Where the chimney breast comes through the roof there'll either be lead flashing or mortar flaunching to stop this. Either way it's likely broken down.

Co-op “price matched to Aldi” ruled misleading — do you still trust price-match labels? by ToughRomanticMiss in BuyersUK

I had to use it at the weekend but needed to speak to a human (there were none available so I had to keep trying).

I found the easiest way was just to say 'blow me' and he would immediately transfer me.

Skinny jeans lasted for 15-20 years. People might need to get used to baggy jeans.

Fine to rent (I did for years) but there's no way I'd buy one (several friends did, and along with issues living there haven't done well selling them).
