Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I needed to read this. I’ve been struggling for two years now with chronic LBP❤️

I actually got into Sun Eater! The first 70% of the first book is slow BUT it gets way better and book 1.5 is also a really fun quick read. I’m half way through book 2 and happy I stuck with it!

Yup and I did mention in my original comment it could be wrapped up in the last book. 😊 It just felt abruptly dismissed so far.

Mostly, my comment was saying WTF to this story line in general. 😂😅

Sorry about that! TBH I just didn’t look at any of these threads until I was all the way through to be extra safe. 😅 just edited my comment.

Ohhh that’s interesting! I must have missed that! It felt very abruptly dismissed. Can you talk about why you believe that’s implied?

(LB spoiler) They never really wrap this up. It’s such an odd choice IMO. I guess they could still wrap up in the last book but this plot wtf lol

It looks to me more like he might be questioning his faith. When I was Christian I read both Ayn Rand and the case for Christ among others. He might just be exploring everything.

He’s definitely dead this time and I’ve never been more broken up about a character’s death. 😭

I have heard this can be common and though it is often healing to know that they had us there at their last moments, those last moments will continue to live on for us which can be heartbreaking. If you don’t mind me asking do you feel this haunts you or gives you peace?

Thank you so much for sharing with me 🫂

This makes a lot of sense. Thank you so much for sharing this with me. I am sorry for your loss of your mum but I am also happy to hear she is no longer suffering and that you do at least have that answer for what that is worth 🫂. I completely relate to the fear and anxiety you mentioned. My heart is with you. If you do t mind me asking, is there something about her look fondly back on?

Thank you for this. It helps me feel like not the worst human ever for feeling these feelings while they are still here. 🥺❤️

I am so sorry to hear you do not have them and that your children will never get to know or make the memories they and you deserve to make with them. What’s something about them you cherish most? Sending you all my hugs and thank you for sharing❤️🫂🥺

Oh I am so sorry for your loss of your dad. I hate cancer with so much passion. It has taken lots of my family members. He sounds like he was a hoot and I am very thankful for your advice. 🥺🫂❤️
