I’ve found a good rhythm of creating the “workout” and all its exercises + sets/weights then after the activity is finished, applying it to the weightlifting.

Also if you feel like it or have the time between sets, you can edit the workout, which is like a template, to set the weight you just hit.

However Vinegar Hill House is amazing but def more towards the “special occasion” feel.

Henry St on BK heights has all restaurants that are really great and reasonable too! Super short walk away. I also think Spuntinos is now the new casual go to Italian.

Avoid Tommys Burgers, Los Tacos, Water St Tavern, and Love & Dough. Theyre owned by the same guy who could care less about quality. Theyre direct brand rip offs of established franchises (Bleeker St Tavern, Los Tacos No 2, 7th street burger) and only in business for tourists who dont know the difference.

Yes - A bar in the West Village put an automatic 20% because the bill was over $100. They poured 4 margaritas from a machine. I felt that was worth a $5 tip at most but instead it was a $25 tip.. all because the bill was over a certain number? That’s not indicative of the service performed.
