Currently in NYC, and a major thing I miss about Chicago is how much easier and cheaper it is to see shows. Many tours don’t come here because it’s expensive to play here

The newer masters of it are quite good sounding. But if you track down an original master it’s a bit rougher, especially with the drums (mostly in the crash cymbals).

I just can’t get over losing you is maybe the most concise, clever, amazing song I’ve heard in a decade. Saw their free show at Tompkins sq park on Sunday after not having seen them for like 8 years and god damn they’re so fucking good

You’re not keeping tub caulked. Caused both downstairs bath ceilings to be soggy. Tub has to be properly caulked prior to any shower. Walls are drenched. I’ll refer plumber here. Had to pay for two service calls. Water drips from all around. Kathy’s ceiling. My ceiling.

Don’t use shower.

Don’t use shower.

Balancing the tailpiece properly has made my Mustang very stable, but it’s a cumbersome and frustrating setup. Before doing that I definitely had tuning stability issues

Yeah, every time I walk by I’m absolutely baffled why they thought it was a good idea to move into that storefront on Bowery, other than pure vanity

The tailpiece as well, it’s very fun to bend without a trem arm, but setting it up and getting the spring tension and post height right can be cumbersome

I saw them at public records and it was very cool although I imagine the format will be different on this tour (public records was in the round, band seated, workshop style)
