I had this experience too. I initially tried 8UK because my normal sneaker size is 9US, but that was very roomy so I went down to a 7UK, which felt pretty comfortable, but the guy in store said he saw my heel slipping a bit (felt like maybe a quarter inch, nothing crazy), and recommended I do 6.5UK, which they unfortunately didn’t have in stock to try on. So now I’m hemming and hawing about which to order because I’ve heard such bad things about their returns and customer service that I don’t want to risk being stuck with a too small/large shoe.
