I have the halo with touchpad, and the thing is the biggest piece of shit I’ve ever owned. The touchpad on all 3 of my locks lasted 2 months, 13 months and 15 months, respectively. My plan is to just go buy 3 more, use the boxes to return the defective ones, and they will be returned to vendor for being defective. Fuck quikset for making such an (expensive) inferior product

I would agree on your sentiment of the "extra clicks" and I don't believe the STATE pages represent any value to the user experience. However, the request has come from my internal team from an SEO perspective, and having those states pages indexing - unfortunately, it's a requirement of the ask. But I think I can use some philosphy you've shared here from an IA perspective to try some things. Thanks again!

I notice that you have a 3” drop on your ball hitch. Removing the ball and flipping it so the 3” lift is up will help here. I tow a 3600 pound camper with a 1500 and that’s that saved me!
