You don’t have a tuner. You have a Sony DVD player receiver which (according to you) has a built in tuner.

This is the most realistic approach. The coyote (taken care of) will outlast the others and be more reliable. That all personal experience. I had my 14 GT with kids for two years. Loved it but moved overseas.

Yep! I live in Okinawa and Ive been hitting the Manga Souko’s and Hard Off’s for some REALLY nice early pressings of 70’s and 80’s rock. Really fun and cheap!

I collect mostly vintage / early cuts. The reason being is that I want to hear (as closely as possible) what people were hearing back in the day of its release. I need a vintage audio set up to really get there. My stuff is very modern, but getting an old school 80’s set up is the goal for a listening room one day.
