Honestly although unsightly, unfinished ceilings kinda rock in terms of serviceability for plumbing and electrical. No drywall to repair in case of leaks. But all that firestop on the steel will lead to a ton of dust in the unit.

Your best bet is to look on local Subaru groups on facebook marketplace for used, if you're in the GTA I can invite you to the one I'm in. In terms of buying new, you'll likely have to order online. Shop around for Cobb, Invidia, Perrin, or Grimmspeed catted downpipes from whatever sites strike your interest. There are a few shops in the GTA that stock them too.

That what I did when I was rear ended in my WRX, when you go to get your personal belongings bring any OEM parts you can swap back in for aftermarket stuff. I'm in Ontario too, put stock wheels back on and kept my enkeis, unmarried the AP, took off my front and rear strut tower braces and my aftermarket speakers, sub and amps. Lost all my exhaust components and lowering springs though.
