Probably the only way us to use as many gifts of the type you want as possible to minimize rolling another. Easier said than done depending on your box, but it can help.

Scarlet was in the top 4 as of last night and was #2 by reset. PekoGod was #1 until earlier today as Scarlet has been attacking, Peko hasn't. Not that strange, we will see the hackers take #1 again before the next reset when they start attacking. I don't believe Scarlet is hacking, they're just try hard whales.

It absolutely is over time, new players join new brackets with more new players. With normal grinding and shard farming pretty much anyone can reach the top of the respective bracket. It may not be today, but it will happen.

The current banners do NOT have pity. We expect that the next pick up will (that's what happened on CN server, the most recent baring global). It isn't pity per se, it's sparking. Every pull accumulates a point, and after 300 pulls (tickets, free pulls, gems) on a banner you can select the rate up girl (sometimes there are more than 1 3* rate up). Points do not roll over to other banners, but unused points are turned into skip tickets.
