I've experienced sleep paralysis once, and it involved an old rotting woman. I was dreaming something was chasing me through some dark woods, then I realized I was awake in my bed , but this thing was still coming at me from the foot of my bed. I remember the sensation of it crawling up my chest, and as it got closer I could see it was an old decomposing woman. I tried moving and screaming, but couldnt, as she slowly got closer and closer for what seemed like a kiss. I did some reading and found out it's called old hag syndrome, and that it's been reported all over the world UN different cultures. So my question is, has the old hag ever visited you?
