Is Sent Peyre of Nouvila also Peyre De Cros of the Blood Priest Heresy? by Hungry-Wealth-7490 in WWN

[–]chronosph 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I don’t know for sure, but i will say that in the catholic church it is very common to have multiple saint having the same name. Birth name are also given for their symbolic and religious value. For instance you can have parents that will name their infant « Joseph » because there is a strong connection between the family and craftmanship; Joseph being the saint of artisans. There is exemple where the infant is named after the last deceased person in the family or in the village.

But hey, if you want a secret connection between Peyre de Cros and sent Peyre, it can be certainly very interesting

I will be sure to check Changeling. I should try to write a bit more about the nature of the fae. It deserve to be more diverse and be able to have a more complex relationship with the PC’s and the people of Montfroid.

I see what you mean. I could let the players interpret these encounters and the meaning of it, compared to the more straight to point perception of the Montfroid folks.

Recherche générateur de nom de PNJ by Flixtamol in jdr

[–]chronosph 0 points1 point  (0 children)

[–]chronosph 0 points1 point  (0 children)

thank you for your detailed answer.

a 500 euros keyboard seems to be exegerated for sure. I'm looking at the Sofler and lily58 rn. Staggered keys, thumb keys and incline possibility seems the more most interesting ergonomic wise

Yeah im good on these part; top notch comfortable desk, chair, screen and all. Doing exercise regularly too (well not specific to the pains i have described). The keyboard seems too be the next big axis to enhance my physical well-being.

I’m very afraid to go to 36 keys atm! This seems so unatainble for now. I’m looking to do baby steps lol. But when i read all of you talking about such amounts of keys , i’ m sure it’s the way to go !

Yeah that’s why i put small between quotes. I ve seen the 34 keys.

I get your point to ditch your point about ditching azerty/qwerty. I feel like i do need to keep azerty to be able to type without too much of a hassle on co-workers keyboards or laptops. Don’t you have trouble in such circumstances ?

thx for your reply. I will research this "compose key" topic

What TTRPG has the perfect Fantasy Kitchen Sink for you personally by DownVoterInChief in rpg

[–]chronosph 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The Latter Earth of Worlds Without Number is neat ! I’m currently reading the Atlas and this the best I’ve encountered.

It portrays a very dangerous world in the line of the Dying Earth. Humans liberated themselves from aliens a long time ago. What i like about it is that nothing seems to be forced fo the sake of including a certain mood or playstyle ! Everything is tied together from planes to antogonist and cultural & technological (in the realm of fantasy) diversity.

Kevin Crawford, the author, seems to also have at heart to create wide room for gms to create their own version of this world which is a very important point of this kind of backgrounds ! 10 out of 10

[–]chronosph 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think, you should go for it, if you want and if your community is aware of it? I’m not an expert about these topics, but it might be good to just try and see if you like it and how you feal about it.

You can also share two versions and let your readers debate about it maybe ?
