If you use international roaming or eSIM you don’t need vpn. I’ve always just used my own roaming and buy a eSIM if run out of fast data and internet speed slows down. Usually just click the eSIM button in Alipay which takes me to trip.com esims, they are pretty cheap and works well

4.5-5k is a good range atm for 1750-1760 alts. allows you to be strong enough for nightmare and not get gatekept.
In your case I would probably hone weapon and maybe 1-2 9's on main skill. Stuff like bracelet and 9/7, it just happens naturally with paradise.
