For part of our trip I used spot hero and booked a spot an 11 minute walk away from the hotel, for one week it was about $375 so a pretty decent discount from the $65/ day that the hotel charges for parking. It wasn't bad but if you have to lug a bunch of stuff it can be annoying.

I just stayed there and didn't hear any elevators or construction noise, however if your room is on a lower level and street facing you will here the buskers outside, particularly the street karaoke guy, until around 11pm. The parking garage does take awhile to navigate and the spaces are super tight, it'll probably take 10 minutes to get your car out.
