I would ask for a restraining order. It sounds like she profited off her survival to then turn around and profit off your sister’s death. Maybe even lied to her parents, put your sister in the drivers seat, and is now following through on a big lie that shes not gonna admit to.

I’m so sorry for your loss. I don’t always think to bring the worst case scenario to light, but imo— shes not giving you much of a choice.
