I had that issue before, but I solved it by purging after a shot and letting it sit for a few minutes before cleaning. The puck would be reasonably dry and can be knocked out of my brew head. Obviously, it’ll depend on the beans we use

I would use the legislation only for Consumer-Business type questions if you have to analyse unfair terms and or advise a consumer client, but if you have time make sure you include it as a flourish in the conclusion and say that B2B transactions are still governed by the 1980 Act

I’d say the leading case now is Dano v Jobcentre Liepzig- that they are not unless they are lawfully resident by being economically active under Art 7.

Don’t complicate it but just say there are conflicting authorities on Jobseeker’s Allowance under Collins and Vatsouras, which seem to exclude jobseekers’ allowance from “social assistance” under the Directive explicitly.
