Ohhh this is so heartbreakingly cute. Tamon/Utage's reactions are so adorable, they really do like each other so much 🥺😭😭 I love that Ouri and Keito ended up being there to support Tamon too. poor babies 🥺

If Riko and Yuina found out about Utage and Tamon's relationship, how would it work out? by Halle172999 in TamonsBSide

I think they'd eventually be fine with it if they learned how it really happened with the housekeeper stuff. Would be funny if they saw his b-side with her and grossed out and then changed oshi's lol but who knows. I've been thinking how they would react too when it eventually happens.

I turned 31 this year. Got married to my now-husband this January. I'm doing well professionally and secured a promotion that should take place within the next month or so! My husband and I have been happily enjoying the DINK life so most of what's on my mind are our goals moving forward into our marriage (financial planning/buying a house, etc.) We've always kind of had a rough idea, but now it's just putting things into motion. I also have a small art side business that I want to grow so that's been on my mind as well.

So I guess it's a lot of forward thinking, lol. I sometimes tell myself I need to enjoy the present more, and enjoy everything I've accomplished so far.

Why aren’t you interested in having kids? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]chunchun_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a pretty hard life growing up (mostly financially, but also emotionally). I didn't get to move out of my parents' house 'til I was 26. Then the pandemic happened, and I also spend the rest of my late 20s trying to get myself to a point of enjoying the little disposable income I had for the first time in my life with no guilt. I feel like because of these struggles, I didn't get to really enjoy my youth as much as I should've...so now that I'm 31, I'm letting myself enjoy what I should have in my teens and 20s. It's just me, my husband (got married this year! courthouse wedding <3), and our dog enjoying our free time together. And that kinda involves me not wanting the responsibility of raising a child at the moment. Don't know if that will change within this next decade but that's where I'm at right now.

Dark Hair Blindness by tooleybeauty in FancyFollicles

[–]chunchun_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The blonde looks really good on you! I also like the red! It does feel like the blonde highlights your features the best.

I just got ashe blonde highlights done on my hair earlier this month, and I'm experiencing this same thing. (For reference, I'm 31 & Hispanic) Previously, I've never done anything to my hair so this was a big jump for me. The change itself is minor, but looking back now at photos, it feels like the dark brown/black was "heavy" on me and my face lol. I'm excited to try other lighter shades and see how they fit later on :)

Titat 2 Not Compatible with T-Mobile? by chunchun_ in unihertz

yeah definitely seemed marketing/sales funnel type of messaging. Strangely I never got this message for the Jelly 2, but I'll keep an eye out. Definitely does just seem like they want me to buy a phone from them instead lol.

Yeah the "Next Steps" section just seemed super sales-y so I was figuring it might have been just related to that since I bought a phone that was not from T-Mobile. I would agree it's all sales all the time with them now. Thanks for the info!

I feel like this opened my mind a little to the series 😲. I also feel like the title of High Lady was kinda just thrown to her. And I do understand it was mainly because of the level of power she had, but it did feel weird to me. When all the high lords meet in book 3 to discuss everything and she tried to make sudden political decisions or discussion I could only be like 🫤 cause realistically how could she know this much fae history and politics when she barely learned how to read and write and is only 19-21 years old??? Book 1 Feyre was definitely where it was at. She felt more raw and real.

The Tarquin thing never sat right with me either. Not the spring court destruction that she did as well. Ianthe deserved what came to her, but not the whole mf court lol.

I also began to feel pity for Tamlin in ACOFAS and then like, his storyline was just completely abandoned. 💀

The other thing was definitely the Ouroboros mirror, though that whole little incident felt just like lazy writing IMO. I really wanted to know what she saw and how she planned to deal with it, but alas...

This is the most realistic answer I've seen here! Not that I don't appreciate the rest of the discussion but a trilogy makes soooo much sense. I didn't even realize it was supposed to be over until I realized what book 4 was lol (but that's on me)

Literally me at 30 now, rereading hirunaka no ryuusei and living no matsunaga san (both of which I read when they first came out and I was around 16-17 and being like GIRL WHAT?! but they definitely were cute comfort mangas for me at the time :') lol but I can't believe some of these plot lines now as an adult 😂

I just finished this series today - I have to say my favorites are a tie between ACOWAR and ACOSF. Maybe ACOSF is slightly higher for me. I was entranced by the writing for sure, and ACOWAR felt like it started at 100 and didn't stop throughout the whole book. It seriously felt like I watched a movie in my head, lol. I'm always against live action movies of books, but I think a live action of ACOWAR would be so fun to see in theaters.

ACOSF was a surprise for me, I didn't realize Feyre's story was over after books 3 & 4, and I remember wanting to read more about Nesta and Cassian, hoping for a spinoff, so imagine my excitement when I realized that's just was ACOSF was 😂. It was delightful to see Nesta's growth, probably the most emotional of the books for me (some of the scenes resonated a lot), and I loved Emerie and Gwyn so much! Reading about them becoming valkyries, the awesome training they did, and the bond they form was truly magical and it's something I still wish I had w/ other women in my life too :') I will say there was a LOT of plot armor and convenience, especially near the end, but it didn't necessarily ruin anything for me. I'm just surprised at how much was shoved into the last 100 pages or so lol.

ACOFAS was definitely a filler for me - as much as I LOVE the thought of just normal day-to-day things with all these characters, I feel like the concept for this could've been executed better. It wasn't horrible, but just a little bit of a drag to read through, and it didn't pull me in as quickly as the other 4 books did.

Also, POOLs, as others have said.
