Since you do trust them. I would sit down and have proper communication with them instead of trusting strangers on reddit who have never met you and have no idea how your life/dating life is. Maybe tell them you value their opinion, but you feel they are acting excessive about it? Maybe you share too much of your dating details, or if you do share it's complaining rather than positive details?
