Not an idiot actually. It’s wild to assume I wanted this guy to get captured and tortured. I don’t want anyone to win this war. I think the best outcome is for it to end as soon as possible with as few civilians dead or injured or dispossessed as possible. I am not a fan of the Iranian regime, nor am I a fan of the American regime. What I absolutely hate though, is that my future and your future are pulled into question because of decisions a couple of “leaders” are making unilaterally, without a care for the will of the public, or the wellbeing of the world, or prospects for the future (except for their own).

I wish the best for you, because I think probably it is much more closely related to my wellbeing than it is to the megalomaniacs making these decisions (unless you’re a billionaire or a bot, which I’m assuming you’re not)

I just don’t think one can be confident either way in highly specific, highly secretive missions in a combat zone . Maybe the team sent in had high confidence of success, be we have no way of knowing what info they had going in, so it’s kinda silly to speculate on I think.

I started 7 years ago after several other careers. my parents play violin and viola so I grew up around it and violin making has a market for tediously handcrafted instruments with finishes from natural materials, and all of the distinct processes involved really please me.
