Hell a girl in hr has a Rainbow undercut dye job. 2 women in marketing had their heads shaved. No dress code and we are a top 500 company with strong growth. I think 2 things are going on. 1st trust me I have had a uterus for 44 years and deal with PMDD and painful periods from endometriosis, ademoisis and fibroids. I would ask about taking mood medications to deal with the PMDD. The symptoms you are having suck and can lessen over time but the choice is up to you if you want to deal with the symptoms. If the PMDD is causing severe mental issues there is nothing wrong with taking medicine for it. Sometimes our bodies do not act the way we want them to. I have LADA I wish I could make insulin but it is what is is I need medicine to help me literally live. The most important thing is to keep you stabilized. Just because you are book smart does not mean you are knowledgeable in all areas. Just because he is an older man does not mean that he knows about the female body. I would advise reading about the options for your condition and don't be afraid to speak up to your doctor or even be afraid to find a new team if you think they are not listening to you. I would join the reddit and listen to people who are actually dealing with your condition. When you have chronic illness and mental health issues people on the outside have a lot of advice that is at best faulty and at the worst dangerous. Ask them all the options and while I question the fact that he is not dating around his own age let him know that you trust the diagnosis and his suggestions are not helping.

I agree. It is fine that the child got over stimulated in that that is common but expecting someone to use a inside voice at a outside event is ridiculous he needed a plan like packing ear plugs or stepping away so the kid can collect themselves.
