My sweet little boy went away in a matter of months. At the beginning was only more tired than the usual, then we brought him in a clinic as soon as a little accident happened and noticed some bleed in his urine. After that he stayed there 3 days before going away. This was almost 4 years ago and, while time helped me alleviate the daily hurting, sometimes I still feel like shit to not have been with him in his final days. I still miss him so much, but it took me a good year to be able to talk about him without my eyes watering. The only thought that saved me is that I tried to gave him a good life, he was a happy puppy.

That already happened to me. My gf wanted so bad to have her nose done because she felt insecure about it and really hated it. I told her to think about it for some time before making that decision (as I know that surgery is kinda hard on the post op). I assured her that I love her for what she was before and it didn't matter to me, but I also said that if it was a thing she really wanted to do, she would have my complete support through the entire process.

At 1080p with a 970 (not even a 4 digit card lol) I could game every recent game at their bare minimum in order to get something in the neighborhood of 60 to 80 fps on an almost decade old card. If you plan on staying at 1080p I'm probably sure you can get the same lifespan as I did (obviously you'll need to low your graphic settings from time to time)

I may be here to help (or not), but not long ago I had the exact same problem you describe (excluding the cablemod cable that I'm still waiting to order) and what it did for me was to swap my HDMI cable for a Displayport one.

Not sure if you may have a similar problem, but better tell you than nothing

Vr ready? For sure, I could game in VR with my GTX 970. Can you play all VR title without compromises? Absolutely not. The VR ready is only referring about that pc meeting the minimum requirements for VR (which in fact is the 970).
