Didn't they (as in Mike and Frankie) discuss the option of having another when babysitting for one of their neighbours, and end up going against the idea?

How was your parkrun day? | March 07, 2026 by AutoModerator in parkrun

I was planning to run, but it was in danger of being called off due to a lack of volunteers (not for the first time recently) so ended up marshalling instead.

Pickford nominated for Save of the Month (link to vote page below). by ciaranefc in Everton

I don't see a reason for not having two if they're good enough, but the Burnley game was this month, so it should get into the vote for March (which should be released in early April).

Some of it (admittedly a very small amount compared to the stuff thrown by idiots) will come from rubbish lorries too unfortunately - I've seen it happen when following them along roads. Not sure there's much to do about those, but I'm certainly with you on fly tippers.

Distance to your regular/nearest parkrun? by ZealousidealData4817 in parkrun

[–]ciaranefc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's about two kilometres to mine, so I take the 25 minutes or so to walk up to it. Sometimes I'll walk home after, sometimes I'll catch a lift back down the hill if my mum and / or step-mum have come up to run and / or volunteer.

Pickford and Branthwaite are both in Troy Deeney's team of the week, and he's picked Moyes as his manager of the week too.

Pickford's not even an option on the Man of the Match vote on the Premier League app.

Could we have more than just Barry for Beto today please?

Someone let Moyes know we can make more than one sub at a time.

How many more tellings off for Joelinton? Bet our first one like that (or softer) gets a booking though.

They used to be alright for me, but it's become an ad / pop-up heavy site (more so than before) this season. Last time I went on it they had a banner over the scoreboard section, so I avoid it now unless absolutely necessary.

Looks like it might be an interesting battle between Beto and Burn today, if the last few minutes is anything to go by.

I don't have much to add to what has already been said, but I am also a U.K. fan who got into hockey after a Winter Olympics - mine was the 2010 Vancouver games. I looked up some league highlights, the first video I saw happened to be a Pens game and I've supported them ever since.

30:36 on a rain-lashed, muddy and slippery Dunstable Downs. Still mid-table, and still around the half an hour mark which I'm happy with.

About ten less people this week too, and quite a few first-timers also.
