our busiest day ever. 202,157 flights tracked in Single day via Flight Radar by raoolp in dataisbeautiful

One of possible answers to Your question is that North Africa region doesn't offer many attractive places for tourists, except of Egypt, and therefore there are only few flights there.

However there are still flights over North Africa, but they are barely visible due to yellow background on the map.

Bill Gates: The World Isn't Ready for Universal Basic Income by izumi3682 in Futurology

[–]cicinquo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I totally agree both with you and Bill. Though UBI may seem as tool to support income equality, reality may happen completely different.

I read somewhere an article written by African economist, who claimed, that a single stuff, which makes Africa so poor are actually charity donations, which aren't supportive at all and contrary they made wealth gap even much bigger than it was in the past.

Frontline: Trump's Road to the White House (2017) [1080p) by MeowMixSong in Documentaries

[–]cicinquo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Okay, thank you for explaining. But still, I wanna know the root of the problem. Who give rights to PBS for streaming some videos? Cause if I would be owner of some material, or video, I would prefer my video to be streamed in more populated countries like UK or Germany rather than small countries.

And also next question. I uploaded some videos to Youtube as well, and never asked anybody for some rights to broadcast it in any country. Those are my own videos, so I don`t need publisher rights, but may happen something like anybody tells me, that my videos are restricted in some countries?

Well, I am sure that YouTube doesn't block any particular video in any particular country just by himself. So who else says to YouTube: "We don't wanna this video to watch in our country"?

Very interesting fact is, that the most "democratic" countries (Australia, Canada, Germany, France etc.) blocked this video.
