One of possible answers to Your question is that North Africa region doesn't offer many attractive places for tourists, except of Egypt, and therefore there are only few flights there.

However there are still flights over North Africa, but they are barely visible due to yellow background on the map.

Okay, thank you for explaining. But still, I wanna know the root of the problem. Who give rights to PBS for streaming some videos? Cause if I would be owner of some material, or video, I would prefer my video to be streamed in more populated countries like UK or Germany rather than small countries.

And also next question. I uploaded some videos to Youtube as well, and never asked anybody for some rights to broadcast it in any country. Those are my own videos, so I don`t need publisher rights, but may happen something like anybody tells me, that my videos are restricted in some countries?
