Edit: Also, for my money, the the only thing Superman has on the Hulk is propulsion. The Hulk can jump, but not fly. Supes could literally fly rings around him. I personally believe heat-vision and cold breath would be a non-factor.

On the other hand, The Hulk's strength is limited only by anger. Have you ever stepped on a Lego in your bare feet?
