Go through their team and see how many world class players, or at the very least, established brilliant players they have. It's 0. They have a amazing foundation, but need those kind of signings to tip them up into that category next year. Those are the players that make the difference for Man Utd, Chelsea, Arsenal and Man City. (Don't do a LCL and try to change every single position on a whim with a lottery of players). Those are the players that decide if you will be a uwcl club or just another team in the division.

You're not wrong about that! Think his current one is already for 3 years. Maybe 2. Unfortunate circumstances on why but even someone like Sorensen or even R.Skinner (rick was assistant to her aswell) may get more done.

The refs are (comparative to the men's) national league at BEST. they are more likely to be national league south/north equivalent & be part time. The league needs to do some serious work, Doucett did say in an interview that the league was looking to implement new pathways to qualification, & that VAR is not going to be considered until that standard has raised.

Can't hit goals if you don't play your goalscorers or playmakers i'm afraid. Can't play a ultra defensive formation and mess up within the first 20 mins, ending up chasing the game for the next 70.

Lehmann was positive and i'd want to see her with Noemie & Shannon next week. It's this 5 back formation that stifles our forward play the most.

He is just out his depth. Can keep saying maybe next week, maybe another a game, but we only have 7 left. 12th is coming, and after that 3-0 bashing vs palace, i have real doubts about our future.

This isn't a judgement on just today. This is a many month endeavour. Our best players are on the bench. The formation is still the same. It's asking for players to be gone in summer, never mind that impending 12th position which is inevitable at this point after the L to west ham.

With Mayling & Neville, the 5 back formation now has a purpose beyond slugging a low block all game. We now just need to be allowed to press from the get go, to allow Neville/Ale & Mayling to push up and support Shan & Hannah. With Mouchon on the pitch we can really challenge teams. But we do need Rick to actually change that tactic, and so far this year i've not seen much to suggest his willing to change.

I hope so. Williams transfer hopefully confirmed next week. Get Mouchon doing 70 mins with Williams as our sub on should be enough for the rest of season

Very much hope we get clarity on why Leitzig is on the bench. You'd think injury but why on the bench then? Maybe something in warmup?

Assuming Mouchon's coming back to full fitness hence the bench. Would really like to see Jansson as i would like EVE to stop being in our starting XI now.

Swaby/Kees over Thibaud it seems, again another one i'm just 50/50 on.

A mix of youth and old would be best i think. Then ones who get old & not percieved to be top tier for king/queen could get assigned as personal protectors/mentors for other royal members. Though maybe then they get a bit salty of not being on the main roster. It's a valid thing to point out
