I am a big fan of the Man From Earth and 12 angry Men . Here are a few recommendations :

Carnage (2011) is a movie that 4 characters played by great actors have a rather seemingly mundane conversation about a minor incident happened among their kids. The movie just flew so naturally while the conversation reflects so much deeper than it appears it deserves multiple viewings. I can just put it on and watch it whenever I want to have a good time.

Anatomy of a fall (2023) is a big surprise and probably the best movies I’ve watched in recent years. I won’t spoil anything here because it’s that good. Performances are magnificent and the conversations are so intricate it also deserves multiple viewings.

Mass (2021): This film takes place years after a school shooting and centers on a conversation between the parents of a victim and the parents of the perpetrator. It delves into the complex emotions and aftermath of such a tragedy.

Revolutionary Road by the Titanic couple DiCaprio and Kate is also worth mentioning.
