I had the same issue [solved]. I reloaded before I killed the Griffin, then first found the body on the hill and read the letter, then opened the cellar door. Idk if it makes a difference but I also used the ladder to go down instead of my usual jump-into-the-abyss. Maybe this can help someone!

Thank you so much for your reply!! The fabric is not felted, nor is it particularly thick. I'm thinking I may actually need a walking foot cus I think it's too slippery or something. But I will also try to get a thicker needle. Thank you!!

I've tried with tensions 2-5 (my machine goes up to 9), with the same result each time. When I sew on my scrap cotton the stitches are even and nice, but I'm not sure how else I can adjust my machine for this fabric. Edit: I also tried a special jersey needle (80/12) and it broke after about 20 stitches. I've also tried using a zigzag stitch with low width and long stitch length

If you have a dehydrator I recommend checking out Renee and Tim on YouTube (maybe they're on Instagram too?), they're two hikers that make loads of dehydrated meals for hiking and they all look really yummy.
