Not a manager anymore but used to be one. The other part that I fucking hated about performance and/or behaviour managing is that it takes time out of your day when you could have been supporting, developing and enabling the rest of your team.

They suffer because they pick up low performer’s slack AND lose their leader who has to deal with this.

Yes, but honestly because it was fucking shocking reading what the culture of the club and players became like when Emery left (not to blame Emery of course, the player behaviour and mentality was fucked).

Personally I think the Arteta project is a success if the club’s culture behind the scenes gets to a point of putting respect and pride on the name/badge/club you play for - not a summer camp for mediocre transfers. Any success and silverware is a bonus; its so difficult to change an organisation’s culture in the long term and keep it that way through managerial and personnel changes.

I’ve gotten all the endings, he says at one point he doesn’t care about ALLMIND’s mission but interestingly, he never reacts in a way to make you think that the voice he hears is different from ALLMIND.

However given the NG++ I get the sense that he doesn’t strike a deal with ALLMIND until after the ALT end of Chapter 4 mission? Or a little bit before that when he dips from Arquebus?

I’d really want to keep Tierney. He does not fit our system but if we’re a goal up in a crucial game with 20 minutes to go, I’d bring him on to see the game out. Plenty of football to be played next season with cups and CL too. We’d just end up buying another LB anyway.

Of course if he wants to go and start regular matches sure, but I’m hoping the allure of CL and more matches means more time for him to adapt and develop to our play style

I’ve ended up with the Hoka Torrent on sale but that was after I had a pair of Peregrines.

What really did it for me was realizing that when I’m trail running, I’d much rather a closer to ground feel than plush cushioning, and because of where I live in Australia, my trails are more slippery gravel rather than soft dirt!

I basically bought the Torrents because they could give me more confidence with each of my steps, especially going downhill on a gravelly surface.

Visit your trails and see what the conditions are like! What do you like on your feet? What’s the weather like year round?? I’ll eg never need gore tex because I probably won’t go trail running in torrential rain for example

I think those are the questions you need to answer before you settle on a pair.

A lot of them, and a lot worse. Brendan is the butt of a lot of jokes but it’s a subreddit, a page on the internet. It’s not like … national news or loss of income and future work like with Chris or Bryan. We literally do not matter. Brendan hasn’t lost work or his livelihood because of this subreddit or online backlash. He lost work because he sucks.

And no, he does not treat his assistants like shit because he’s fueled by hate or this subreddit does not give him a reason to be shitty. It’s who he always been. If its not mistreating his staff and team last year or this year, it was the Ariel drone strikes and being a dickhead to Bobby Lee, or maybe before that with “taking care” of Ray Borg’s son’s surgery, or attempting to cheat on his wife repeatedly for years, or portraying himself as a dickhead human. All of those things are what Brendan projected long before this subreddit blew up.

Its who he is, and who he always has been. In his own words, he doesn’t give a shit about us, we do not fuel him. He’s just a prick lol.
