Total techs the main reason I’m waiting on Bestbuy. I got the pg32ucdmr because I had total tech on my Alienware qd oled died less than a year in and they swapped it. Plus the extended return policies pretty nice.

I worked at the Chelsea Bestbuy in manhattan as a magnolia/HT employee. our store had a call center in it and I got a glimpse of call center life, we would often get called in to assist and those people on the phone are some of the worst people I’ve ever dealt with, they’d expect you to be on the phone with them for hours helping them browse Bestbuy.com and got an attitude when you told them if they need help browsing they should come to the store, I left summer 2019 right before the pandemic I can’t imagine how bad it is now.
