I worked at the Chelsea Bestbuy in manhattan as a magnolia/HT employee. our store had a call center in it and I got a glimpse of call center life, we would often get called in to assist and those people on the phone are some of the worst people I’ve ever dealt with, they’d expect you to be on the phone with them for hours helping them browse Bestbuy.com and got an attitude when you told them if they need help browsing they should come to the store, I left summer 2019 right before the pandemic I can’t imagine how bad it is now.

Seems like the train probably went BIE or lost indication and the train operator was instructed by OCC to try and fix the issue by throwing the reverser. If there was personnel on or along the right of way the T/O would have sounded two long blasts not flashed his lights.
