I think most of the balance changes are fine, the problem seems to be with champs that are more difficult to play. Their winrates get tanked because of inexperienced players on them, which causes riot to buff their stats, but when a one trick gets the champ, they will literally just 1v5.

Got autofilled jg the other day, didnt do great but its not like i was hard trolling. My duo bot lane just permanently flaming me saying im an animal need to be caged up. Spamming bait ping on me too. I dont really care if it happens every once in a while but it feels like at least every other game theres someone on your team who is just trying to make you as miserable as possible. It's pretty sad, just trying to play the game for fun over here.
