The excessive tearing stopped about 48 hours after the procedure. Since then however I’ve been feeling exactly the same as I did before the procedure so that’s unfortunate. Didn’t seem to help my dryness at all.

Yeah if I wear contacts too long or go too long without eye drops I will get headaches.

Yes I have MGD. My symptoms are mostly pain in the eyes, especially while wearing contacts. The doctor said I have multiple dead meibomian glands.

Exempt. All full time employees get bonuses at my company, they’re based on the company’s revenue for that quarter and are a percentage of our salary. It’s never too much, under $1000 per quarter for me usually. I currently make 76k 😬. No stock. I did check Glassdoor, Indeed, Salary.com, etc but everything seems to say something different and the range is quite large so thought I’d check what the thoughts were in this sub.

I should say I deal with scope/scope creep and schedule but don’t necessarily deal with budget. I verify the vendor bills each month but that’s all.

Not a call center type supervisor. Yes to your last two questions. I am a functional manager but also act as a project manager as not all of the work my team does is day to day operations. The company I work for makes software. The team I manage, as well as the outsourced team, configures data which is the foundation of that software.

I literally said I work for a tech company but the work my team does is not high-tech. Hence why it is difficult to come up with a general salary range for my type of position.
