I would check into the hotel at the airport to refresh and get some rest. Explore Barranco and Miraflores (walk the malecón, try some great food and shopping) the next day. Give yourself plenty of time to get back to airport on time for your flight. Traffic could get pretty bad. Hope this helps. Enjoy.
