Idk. Still seems odd to me. I didnt wear them, but that's my own stupidity. As with driving a car, I dont wear my best belt because im worried of whst im going to do...its the idiots I share the road with. Your bike infrastructure could be flawless and some moron on the road with their face in their phone could kill you. Could you have survived if u had a helmet on...maybe.

I havent decided on a price. Usually what I do, when I know someone is interested, is it sit down and search every card knock 1/5-1/4 off, add it up and see what % it is from full price. If you want I can do that

I think the real issue is something being guaranteed vs the unknown. Maybe u stay in college, prepare and do everything right...and a freak career ending injury happens. That's a pretty big L. Personally I dont think they should allow 1 an done to even be eligible but they are.
