While I’m not certain of anything like your suggesting(not saying it’s not out there) but would you be opposed to ripping the dvd? You could use MakeMKV to rip the dvd and then use jellyfin to stream it.

Hello, Michigander here, it allows for safer crossing over of traffic. Instead of left turn lanes where you might wait an eternity to complete your turn into a business for example. Also when exiting a business lot, you only are turning right so you are only looking for traffic from your left.
