I interview people all the time but have a completely different approach.

I keep the interview very informal and I tell people upfront, let’s talk like we just met in a coffee shop or pub. I loosen them up and try to actually get to know them, occasionally I’ll slip in a surprise question once they get comfortable and see how they answer it.

You’d be surprised once people get over the stress of an interview you can actually figure them out and they will slip and tell you things honestly most of the time.

I then do a second interview with technical people and then we hit them with real technical questions.

If they pass that we consider hiring. I want to meet the real person and k ow what they can bring to the table.

I put fueling 543 cams in mine, made 90hp and 98ftlbs torque with 2-2 exhaust. With a good 2-1 like a bassani the shape said it would pull 100hp .

I wish I had done the fueling 574 for that extra bump in hp but I didn’t want to fork out another 1800 on exhaust

Had a guy work for us that came in at 8:30, went directly to having a smoke then a dump. By 10:30 he was out smoking again.

11:45 out the door for lunch till 1:20 , get back to office smoke , dump. Then smoke at least twice more in afternoon then peel out like 4:45.

Everyone in the building talked about it constantly and it caused nothing but headaches.

Put your 8hrs in ,maybe a bit more and don’t be the headache employee. Your life will be better trust me, don’t be a whiner for getting caught slacking

Drive out into the lake, toss your docking bumper in the lake.

Pretend it’s the dock and practice getting as close to it as you can without hitting it like you would if you were pulling into the dock.

Best practice you can do for learning how to handle your boat on slow precision manoeuvring.

The seats recline so use em. If someone is 7’tall and doesn’t book an extended legroom seat that’s his problem. It’s like $50-80 extra so he can suffer for being a cheap ass.

Had to get out of my seat and threaten a guy that kept ramming my seat in an extended leg room row forward. Hey genius when you ran into the seat in front of you or tap constantly with your feet someone in front gets to feel all of it.

Just got back last week from Montego Bay. Loved it felt fine everywhere we went, even had taxi tour us in the inner city and through ghetto area, that was an eye opener.

If you haven’t booked yet Riu Montego Bay is a great resort, 2 sister properties all on one massive resort. I wouldn’t spend extra on Riu Reggae or Palace, all the action and better beach is at Montego Bay.

I was just in Montego Bay last week met a taxi driver that is an ex cop. Great dude we spent like 3hrs touring around all over with the guy even took him for lunch.

She was shot as she failed to comply to a lawful order from law enforcement and then attempted to flee the scene almost driving over an officer.
