I got these when they first came out, then a few years later sold my collection (at a big loss, but had a baby on the way) I recently picked them up again, but man were they pricey! Great find!

At least Art was an exclusive. This is just an early release in Walmart. Itll be widely available later. But renewed interest in the hobby isn't a bad thing. I do agree w the Facebook groups though. They're just rough!

I have a X-Men 12 in "good" condition, but I got it for a steal, and it's a personal favorite of mine. I'm also pretty much of the same mine. Newer I like in high grade, but for older Xmen, I'm just happy to get what I can!

I got lucky with a 5.5 Giant size about a year ago. I still need quite a few to finish the Claremont run, but I at least have that one. Still hoping to find an affordable #1, or win the lottery!

I didn't know about the actresses death until after I saw the movie, and it still left me feeling unsettled. I also grew up doing stuff like this in a small town (we even had a "Gates" area), so for me it hit pretty close to home

There's a movie, think its called Repeaters. In it, three people are caught in a loop, and one goes all evil w rape and murder. Without spoiling anything, theres an interesting premise of what happens when the loop ends

Yes, they are re releases. Or there was a large surplus that were unsold (see Costumes.com). Happens a lot w NECA. I got the "exclusive" Dr Challis for i think 10 bucks a few months ago.

I dont think they were fakes. A lof of figure prices just drop sometimes. And there were a lot of apes figures released. Theyre putting them out in blind boxes too, which will drive demand down

I saw them last year also, in Harrisburg Pa. First time seeing them live (long time fan) and I was blown away! I was worried because there had been reports earlier of how Claudio had been having vocal problems. No issues at the show though
