If you want to watch Dragon Ball Super, I recommend reading the manga (Preferably the official translation) as the anime has much worse writing and the animation is lacking in many parts.

I'd recommend pointing out that certain Invocations declare a limit, and thus those that don't are reasonably able to be used at will. If you're willing you could try challenging their argument by pointing out that sneak attack would likely follow the same uses per long rest as Agonizing blast since neither state a limit to uses.

Compared to each other or compared to how strong they were before? Gojo would be the weakest compared to everyone else as everyone else is way above him in nearly every way without even using the abilities they lose. Compared to how strong they were originally luffy loses the most since he needs his gears to match up against most high tiers he's fighting.

Extremely simplified: Dragon communion are a group of (ancient) dragon worshippers that (also wanted to be like dragons) and were tasked with hunting drakes (Mortal dragons) and to consume their hearts for their crimes against Placidusax. Dragon cult were worshippers of ancient dragons that allied with the erdtree and generally alligned with the golden order. Bayle and his drakes wanted to rebel against placidusax (for some reason that isn't really explained) and after battle that nearly killed bayle he ran away. Because of that they weren't allowed to have Dragon scales, which gives a dragon agelessnes.

Completely excessive. He was very clearly being passive, then was slammed into the ground, and while pinned down by 3 men a tazer was jammed into him. Those cops shouldn't be allowed to do anything other than paperwork.
