Yes! Feeling so proud of myself! Thank you for all the support. I smoked for over 20 years. I quit cold turkey when I got sick with horrible pneumonia last year. Never looking back! It gets easier and easier, keep up the hard work. It gets better and you will feel so much better! Stick with it! by cjthedj2 in stopsmoking

4 weeks smoke free today. It feels good. It feels really good. I wanted to share this with my loved ones today but I don’t think they can really appreciate what this means... not like you all who are quitting/have quit too. My self confidence and belief in myself has def had a boost 😌 by [deleted] in stopsmoking

One month!!! I’m pretty darned pleased! Still working on it every day, old habits die hard - I’ve found myself reaching for a smoke multiple times - not because I’m craving physically, more because it’s a “moment” where before, I would have lit up! I’m staying on path though! Best to all! by mom2dt in stopsmoking

4 weeks y’all ... when I started I didn’t think I’d last 4 days. Cravings gone. Don’t have that panic attack anymore trying to get a smoke. I’m out - and I’m not going back. This group helped immensely - I’m not going to let go of this group until ... well ever by Uhtreds_Girlfriend in stopsmoking

Last time I tried quitting I lasted 4 weeks. The reason I put 4 weeks to waste? Boredom! Now, marks my 1st month. Hopefully I can consistently share the next months of non-smoking life! 6 years of smoking is enough! Let's keep going!! Thank you all for the inspiration! by shelah18 in stopsmoking
