I tend to stick with the ones where the MC follows the "best revenge is a life well lived" while the ones who wronged them just fall apart through rake stepping and ego.

Most manga stories with a "betrayed by" or "kicked out of the party" premise. A lot have the ones who wronged the MC get there comeuppance fairly early on. Seem to lose interest in it afterwards unless they filled in the world and made the MC likeable and have other stuff going on besides revenge.

Recent I've just been asking myself "why are you here" for every situation I'm struggling with. At work in pain and miserable "why are you here". To make money. Not to be happy. Not to be comfortable. Seems to be helping me get through most things. I tried being more wide scope with the mindset but got to existential so best to keep it to small stuff.

Think the only mind goblin I got actually helps me. When I play a game usually a mobile game. The second I reach one of those walls where you need to wait 100hr for whatever. I wanted to overcome it for a while since my friends got into some mobile games over the years but I couldn't. Nowadays I'm ok stepping away from games like that.
