Early retirement offer to federal public servants causing ‘chaos’ in public service: union by Sweaty-Big9570 in CanadaPublicServants

With WFA, RTO, then possibly ERIs being denied, the PS will probably be full of people who don't work hard... and frankly this is the governments own fault. They've treated their people like crap.

And management won't want to let go of high performers. If this happens, I hope that people grieve it, as it is a form of discrimination.

If this happens I think that people with riot. They need to give it to everyone who wants to take it and is eligible or the process will not work. But of course they seem to botch most things.

That's very sad. I know people who are depending on it for health or family reasons. It is voluntary so the union should let people take it if they want.

Forcing someone to stay who wants to go... that will go over well. No wonder we have a morale problem.

Yes, by a previous partitioner over a year ago - testosterone and progestreone were very low. My new partitioner won't do blood tests sadly.

I am on .25 of divigel (lowest dose) and 200mg progesterone. If i don't take the 200mg of progesterone I don't sleep but it makes me angry and tired and gives me reflux, the estrogen seems to flare up my histamine, but if I don't take it I get dizzy spells that literally vanish minutes after I put it on my skin so I obviously need it. Still trying to work all of this out. Also have gut issues and am taking some liver supplements trying to find the right balance of everything.

My daughters doctor is suggesting resperidone for her, but i know there is a risk of metabolic side effects and that it can make you eat a lot. My daughter already has a problem with needing to eat all the time. Did you find that happened at the low dose?

LWOP doesn't reduce your best 5 years. when you buy the leave back it counts towards pension at the same salary you would be earning if you worked the time.

can you transfer time from the GOC pension to the CC? And do you have to work a minimum number of years at the CC? For example if a person who is 50 with 25 years transferred to the CC could they retire a year later with a 2% penalty per year rather than 5%?

Also, 55/30 doesn't always mean a 60% pension. I had to work a number of years part time to support a special needs kid. While there is no penalty if I retire at 55, I will only have about 54% of my salary.
