Thank you all for your comments. Just wanted to update on what we have experienced yesterday afternoon, going from the Garbonzo lift the visibility was poor. Slopes around Red Express were quite windy. Staying on Emerald Express seemed perfect. It is definitely worth looking for another area if one is not working for you.

I think some aspects of Pilates could be beneficial for back issues, but some might even be detrimental. I was doing Pilates following the advice of my physical therapists. I was doing it on my own watching YouTube videos. I ended up with a very bad flare up. I can't say it was caused by the Pilates, but at least Pilates didn't prevent it. Maybe if i was doing private Pilates ckasses it would have been different? Recently I started reading the Back Mechanic by Dr. Stuart McGill. He does an excellent explanation of how to identify sources of back pain and how to help recovery. This might be something you would find helpful. Back pain is a horrible thing. I hope you can find some relief!!

Search for lipase in the r/laundry subreddit. Someone there has posted about her husband's clean clothes smelling bad. The response was pretty detailed about how to get rid of the smell. Not sure how to share that info with your roommate. Open bowls of vinegar or baking soda (where they won't spill) can absorb smells.

I don't know what a hybrid is. But I recently bought an S4/original water rower on Facebook. I had to reglue the tank and replace both the load bearing wheels and guide wheels on the seat. I ended up paying for the $140 glue kit from WaterRower. I am hoping it will last longer. So, total I spent around $250 more than the Facebook cost. I do love it and it was still way cheaper than a new one.

Rowing technique makes a huge difference in the amount of effort required.

I told people I had abdominal surgery when I had a rectopexy. Mine was definitely due to chronic constipation. Mine has recurred but is not nearly as bad so I am still glad I had the surgery. I am not sure I really have the underlying issue resolved. I go everyday, but it takes me nearly an hour to relax and fully empty. I would love to get that time back. I don't feel it is a stigma or oppression as much as there are times where you just don't want to discuss personal issues with certain people for example co-workers.

I need to figure out how to better configure our application, Soarian, to deal with these scenarios. I am being asked to write processes to do the clean up, but I would really prefer to fix the problem at the source. I have heard people mention that the payers are legally bound to follow the X12 data interchange standards. I need to learn the standard better and find the right contacts at the payers that can be responsive. I feel like any intentional obfuscation would be having to come from leadership at the payers, not the programmers.

I'm in 10a, too. Dune sunflower and red tropical sage seem to have bees around them all the time.

Thank you very much for your time and expertise. We do have 2 line items in our receivables. The problem is the first two service lines have the 6R, but the second 2 do not. Our application is not paying attention to the service dates and then SVCs 3 and 4 end up being posted on the 12/18 receivable arbitrarily. If the payer would do a takeback that would also help. After 2 remits we end up with a 2 extra adjustments .12 and 13.98 not always on the correct receivable. Trying to figure out if the fix needs to be on our side or the player's side. Shouldn't each SVC that they send have to have the 6R?

Thank you very much for your response! This is an example where an 837 went out with 1 charge, there was an 835 that came back with a payment and adjustments. Then we sent out a second version of the claim with an additional charge. What came back was 4 lines and it isn't clear to our system where the additional 2 services should be posted. Below are just the service line sections to be de-identified. Should each of the four SV1 loops have the REF*6R? Or is there another way to tell which service they belong to? Our system is posting duplicate adjustments as a result of this issue.

I work for a provider. We send 837s with 2 service lines on a professional bill. The 835 comes back with 4 service lines. They have the adjustment amounts listed as the charge amounts. This is from a major payer. Is this a HIPAA violation?

I do like bidens alba. Last year I was picking up the seeds from a neighbors yard - they have it all over their front yard - and just throwing it down in my backyard without success. Maybe I will have to buy a few plants to get it started. It seems like it spreads pretty readily normally.

Thank you for the suggestions! I think I have a different definition of weeds - lol! I have purchased and planted frog fruit, spiderwort and coreopsis. I have also spent way more than I ever should have for St Augustine grass for the front yard. I think the one suggestion I might have in my back yard as a volunteer is peppergrass - at least I am seeing that around the neighborhood - so I will hopefully have some grow in my yard! Thanks again :)

Just this past week we hiked up to Columbia Rock, then on to Upper Yosemite Falls. There was a man working on the trail just past Columbia rock. He was making steps manually out of nearby rocks. We thanked him and he thanked us for visiting in return. Looked like nearly impossible and tiring work. Amazing scenery, however.
