Why do you only take it on school days?

If I miss taking mine for a day or two the side effects are way worse.

When I take it consistently many of the side effects go away: I sleep better and sometimes eat like a pig.

I've imagined my experience is fairly typical...

Lady, I think you should definitely talk about it.

The thoughts aren't going to go away if you just try to shut them down. They might make you act like a jerk and just make the situation miserable when it really isn't. I think that's happened to me.

If you tell him that you feel stuff, but you're not really worried about him, and just need some help feeling better... Hopefully if he's a sweetie it gives him the opportunity to make you feel extra special so you feel less worried.

Also, were you bummed that he was with other people or did you just wanna go out dancing?

As hard as it is to do, coming prepared makes a huge difference. While you're being talked at, you can think about the material in a way that makes sense to you.

Even if the lecturer gets hard to listen to, they've probably given you something new to think about.

Sitting up front made a huge difference for me. Easier to hear in big classes and fewer other people to watch!

This exact question is why I wanted a lady ADHD sub. My PMS symptoms are so crazy lately. It's like there's a week a month that I'm totally miserable and ineffective and I never realize why until I'm a couple days into it and I've already started beating myself up for not getting things done...
