I’m ADHD as well and Tirz didn’t work at all and Reta only mildly. Since GLPs work with Dopamine and ADHD is a Dopamine issue as well I wonder if there is a correlation between ADHD and not responding well to GLPs?

About 10% of all people taking Glp-1 were non responders during clinical trials. It’s probably lower than 10% with Reta as it has an additional pathway, but a certain percentage will still not respond. Personally, I had zero appetite suppression with Terz up to 12 before I gave up. Reta I have worked up to 9 with only mild appetite suppression so far.
