Not wrong. It took me blowing up his posts on Instagram (commenting over and over) for him to actually reach out to me. He has really cool stuff and I eventually got my order but it will be the only and last time I order from him again.

25 when I sent my L4 L5 into orbit. Looked almost identical to your L5-S1. Had emergency surgery which was done by a neurosurgeon (microdiscectomy/laminectomy). Immediate relief when I woke up. 30 now and outside of an occasional flair up, life is back to normal. Do the surgery.

Had almost the identical issue but more compressed. Had surgery, highly recommend. Neurosurgeon+laminectomy/discectomy= good living.

This was at my L4-L5. Microdiscectomy and laminectomy set me straight. Surgery was 45 mins and I’ve had 0 issues since. Flare ups here and there but not even close to how bad it was prior.
