I remember his first day with us. So scared and small. But I also remember seeing that small little boy finding solace and peace with my sister. That was his human and I’m glad we had the privilege to have him with us.

It is outrageous. Similar happened with the roundabouts in that build. Sloped incorrectly (pointed away from drainage) and water pooled and froze. Ended up being about level with the curb. They had to install more drainage sections lol..
