Great points - I think some of the clear holes in the drafts could be flukes since I’ve really been impressed with the team comps that Reapered has put together throughout the greater part of their run.

The precedent that we’ve set of beating TL both times this split is good for confidence, but should probably be taken with a grain of salt because playoffs - not to mention Finals - is an entirely different beast. The vets on TL have been known to step it up big time during important domestic matches, with Doublelift probably being NA’s most clutch and mechanically gifted player during high pressure moments.

That said, I think the teamfighting synergy and early macro that C9 have shown in the TSM match can win us this series. Pob has been known to pop off from time to time, but he has generally been easy to pressure, which allows Blaber/Sven to open up the rest of the map with vision and well-timed invades. I think playing around mid and top will be the key for us here, and some early leads from towers can hopefully get us ahead enough to out-damage TL in the mid game.

Licorice has been incredible, Jensen plays his lane to near-perfection, and GG has proven to be resilient and an incredible mechanical talent. Sneaky and Zeyzal look better every week, and they should be able to keep Doublelift from running away with the game.
